Whats the deal with chests at spawners (blaze,Enderman..more) with things in and no signs? are they community cause theres some good stuff like sharp3 in there and i dont wanna steal stuff so.....

You happened to try and get whitelisted in the blind spot of mod activity. The European mods are just about going to bed while the American ones won't be on for 2 or 3 hours. Entertain yourself with my obscure gaming references while you're at it though.
