Heyo I'd like to claim the village around X/Z 1520/-1450. I'd say a space of 16x16 chunks centered around the village center?

Can I keep the stuff in my enderchest? I don't like grinding for tools and stuff.
We discussed this idea on the server several days ago: Maybe you could provide two teleport blocks to each player after he/she played for a set period of time, mined X blocks, gained X exp or something. One block would be the personal teleport block which you can port to anytime, the second would be a public teleport block where other players can teleport to from the capitol. You are free to place them when and where and if you want.

I'd like to continue building. Every map was reset long before I considered my home finished. You can always remove your bed, kill yourself and start all over if you want to.
EDIT
I especially don't like to repeat the mundane tasks, like finding rare ores, grinding exp for countless enchants, collecting different plants, and so on.
Would it be possible to give everyone about two weeks time to put their favorite items in the enderchest and then only transfer everyones enderchest over?
