Funky wants a theater (again)

So I'm planning a new theater, bigger than the cute small one in the Music Corner.

I've looked around near spawn but not in spawn and I think I have found a good spot.
It doesn't look claimed, although Honintoman has been here a long time ago, but only at the shore. I'm not under the impression that I am in the way of any project.

Yes! You're actually building it right next to my starter mine on this map. Next to the melon on the north side.

You can always shoot the guy a message to be shore (ghehe), but I'm not even sure he's been on since we moved the forums.

Btw if you need anything, i can provide some basic building materials and maybe some not so basic ones too.
